Anterior cruciate ligament injury is one of the pathologies that affect daily and professional life majority athletes. When treatment options are examined, there two surgical conservative treatment. Rehabilitation essential in both cases, with or without surgery. Especially for returning to sports, long-term rehabilitation after surgery has become essential. While many different exercise methods have been tried prevention anterior reconstructive surgery, focused on strength training. The abnormal movement pattern occurs somatosensory loss seen results a functional injured extremity contralateral long term. Considering incidence injury, studies establish normal restore motor control very important. For this reason, learning-based interventions support neuroplasticity great interest today.
